Doctoral candidate and researcher at Kaunas University of Technology – Aiste Vaisnore – is an enthusiast of creativity and innovation also modern teaching methods. She devoted her efforts for open innovation research with a main focus on networked, open innovation with customers. Aiste has academical experience of lecturing the students in Business strategy, Contemporary management, Innovation management and Modern organizational management disciplines. Furthermore, Aiste has practical experience in innovation project management and innovation business consulting as well as mentoring and lecturing students in creativity and innovation, idea generation and evaluation workshops from previous position as a project manager and business consultant in science and technology park. By being small business co-owner in practice, Aiste holds hands-on entrepreneurial, business strategy, leadership skills.
Being the project ArtIST team member the most rewarding for Aiste is the opportunity to work with international experts team and contribute towards development of multidisciplinary programs integrating arts and technology, practice new creativity techniques, use contemporary thinking modes, and modern tools in teaching practices.
