ArtIST team participated at the ISPIM CONNECTS VALENCIA Conference. In three conference sessions team presented the Artist project in general, experiential learning and problem-based education, and practical cases of integrating arts in the innovation management teaching.
Iulduz Khairullina (LUT University) presented results of the paper “Insights from teaching innovation management with theatre, visual arts, music” co-authored with several ArtIST partners: Daria Podmetina (LUT University), Anne Berthinier-Poncet, Yvonne Kirkels, Monika Petraite.The presentation was focused on how Arts can be integrated into innovation management teaching, how do arts-based methods are organised online and how they influence the development of innovation and entrepreneurship skills.


Csaba Deák (University of Miskolc) in his presentation co-authored with ArtIST partners “From STEM to STEAM: New Approaches in Pedagogy” spoke about the organization of ArtIST Summer School in Hungary in august 2021 – fist real event since covid started, also about STEAM based pedagogical methods applied in the project and in the developed courses.
Daria Podmetina and Ekaterina Albats (LUT University) presented a paper “Practice based learning in digital era: mission (im) possible” where they discussed approached to practice-based learning, reviewed online platformed and shared insights on implementation of experiential learning in innovation management course in LUT University.
